 Can I get wine pairing?

We are able to offer wine pairings for your menu from our own stock and our chosen suppliers.  Members of our team are proficient in pairing wines.  Once you have placed your order please email us at hello@hostspantry.com with your order number and we will discuss some options for you.

What are ‘pantry items’?

Pantry items are cooking ingredients that you would find in most household kitchens, such as olive oil, salt & pepper, mustards, white sugar, and plain flour. All of the pantry items required for each dish are listed on the website so you know ahead of time which ingredients won’t be included.

What do I get in my box?

Inside your Host’s Pantry box you will receive the ingredients you need for your dishes (excluding the pantry items) and a printed Hosting Guide. Inside your guide you will find a preparation timeline, all of the tasks for preparation and serving broken down so that you can confidently host your meal and enjoy the process.

How long will the food last?

Once you have received your box of ingredients all of the produce must be consumed/cooked within 4 days unless otherwise stated on the packaging.

How does delivery work?

When you reach ‘checkout’ you will be able to choose your delivery date. You should book your delivery date to be the day before your hosting experience. This will allow you plenty of prep time on the day of cooking/hosting and will ensure that you have everything you need. We currently deliver Thursday and Friday. We offer nationwide delivery, and delivery is free for orders over £70.

How is my box packaged?

All of our boxes are packaged on the day of dispatch and sent via courier with next day delivery. Our boxes are packed with ice pouches and are wool insulated, this keeps the food at the correct temperature for up to 60 hours. Both the cardboard box and the insulation are fully recyclable. 

What do I do if my delivery is damaged?

Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue either via our contact form, email (hello@hostspantry.com) or call us directly. We will endeavour to overcome any issues.
